With over 40 years of unparalleled experience in the aviation industry, Capt.RS Sandhu has held pivotal leadership roles at one of the most respected organisations- “Air India”. With a career that spans from Chief Operating Officer to Director of Operations and Board Member, our founder has consistently driven operational excellence, digital transformation and strategic growth.
A Legacy of Operational Excellence
With more than 20,000 flight hours in the cockpit, our founder's experience piloting aircraft such as the Boeing B737, Airbus A300/320, and Boeing 787 Dreamliner has been marked by a commitment to safety, innovation, and efficiency. From managing complex teams to overcoming major industry challenges, including geopolitical crises and the COVID-19 pandemic, our founder’s leadership has always been grounded in hands-on experience and operational insight.
